Speaking, training and leading teams have characterized the past 20 years of my career. I currently work as a keynote speaker, corporate trainer, coach and consultant. I travel weekly to present workshops on leadership and sales-related topics for numerous Fortune 500 firms as well as small and mid-sized companies, trade groups and associations. By combining my background in management and sales with strong speaking and training abilities, I am able to motivate clients and audiences to take actions that benefit them and their organizations.
Perhaps just as importantly, I’m passionate about the personal side of leading well, and write and speak regularly about building trust as a leader. In addition to teaching leadership principles for Concordia University’s MBA program, I published my first book, The Golden Principles: Life and Leadership Lessons from a Rescued Dog, which uses simple lessons learned from a Golden Retriever about living well and leading well. In 2015, The Golden Principles was honored by Amazon.com with a “Top 100 Best Books of the Year” award.
Clients hire me to help them develop their leaders because I am one: I own several businesses, manage a team of key leaders and own ultimate P&L responsibilities for several million dollars of annual revenues. I’ve managed an operational team as well as a sales team, and have spent more than fifteen years honing my craft as a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator on all things pertaining to leadership and sales. I read more than fifty books a year, and find deep satisfaction in bringing current insights to bear for leaders and their teams.
It would be my privilege to deliver a keynote speech, facilitate a workshop or engage in executive coaching in order to help you develop your leaders, improve employee retention, and deliver stronger performance to your bottom line. Please connect with me if I can help!
TESTIMONIALS
“Dr. Neillie delivered a great program that was both very uplifting and very practical. He challenged all of us to remember to be better leaders both at work and at home. I heard from many of our members that his comments hit home – they particularly appreciated that he didn’t just talk at them – he had them talking to one another about how they could be better leaders. If you are looking for a speaker that is both down-to-earth and inspiring, I highly recommend you consider Andy.”
~ Brian Weatherly, President, South Texas American Society of Safety Engineers
“Andy Neillie is an extraordinary speaker! He touches people where they feel it most – in the heart. Recently Andy spoke to our board regarding a vital leadership issue. He left 12 men, business owners and CEOs, silent and humbled by the power of his insight. Whether he is addressing a small setting like this board, or speaking to hundreds at a large conference, Andy has an uncommon gift. He takes simple truths and molds them into powerful and practical applications for his audience to savor. I endorse Andy without reservation as a speaker and presenter.”
~ Regional Chairman, C12 Christian CEO Roundtable
“The absolute best! Andy nailed it. He knew his stuff. Just as importantly, he did his homework so he knew our challenges. He’s a great speaker – he kept us all fully engaged, laughing, learning and interacting with him the whole time. He’s also supremely practical in his insights; our people came away with clear, actionable steps to improve their performance. I keep hearing this was the best presentation we’ve had in years.”

“Dr. Andy Neillie just spent the last two days with us at the Global Sales Operations Director’s Offsite, leading us through his course on The Trustworthy Leader. As always, Andy was outstanding.
